I always regard myself as such a summer person, I adore the warm weather and being able to laze around with a cool drink just soaking up the sun, but whenever Autumn comes around I’m constantly reminded of how much I also love this season.

Autumn is by far the prettiest season; I am in love with the colours of the leaf change from green, to orange to red to brown and the beautiful golden sunsets. You can definitely get the most breath taking views in this season. Although the weather changes I still feel like its warm enough to still enjoy the outside without freezing your butt off!!!! In the slightly cold autumnal air I feel so refreshed when I step outside and find this is perfect for waking me up when I am feeling a little sleepy.



 

As well as the colours outside I also adore the colour change of my wardrobe. Being able to life in my jeans along with baggy jumpers and big scarfs is great. I love how although it starts a bit ‘chilly’ it’s not cold yet, so you can just wrap up warm and feel so cosy. My favorite autumn colour is definitely burgundy, I feel like this is perfect for this season and it definitely fits with the colour of the leaves. Autumn defitetnley calls for the dark lipstick to make a return, at the moment I am obsessed with Rimmel 380 Dark Night.

Here in the UK we have a few celebrations this season. Bonfire night is easily my favourtie. Sparklers are a must! Even though I am 18 I am still so excited by a sparkler, I think they are so cute and so much fun. I also enjoy going to the fireworks with friends, and will certaintly treat myself to a toffee apple. Also this season includes Halloween, this day is such a dream for any kids, I mean who wouldn't want free sweets??? and it certainly provides an excuse for a classic teen house party.

 


But for me my favorite thing this time of year is to laze around at home with the fire on under a big blanket, watching a movie with some essential snacks.

It won't be long before the days start to get shorter and colder and winter starts to creep upon us. So lets enjoy the enjoy the best things about autumn while they last.
